Not sure if all the other posters subscribe to your view of things but I do know that once upon a time everyone thought the world was flat. Well not everyone just most people.

I'll keep searching for the document. The lawyers would have insisted on it. Just emailed Liquidmetal directly. Requested a copy. I'll call them midweek if I haven't heard back. Once I know what's up I'll let you and all the others (everyone here apparently) what I discover.

I do agree with you though that Apples resources applied with Engels know how are going to turn Liquidmetal into a household name. Apple never settles for anything less.
