I have been trying to clear up this issue for awhile. I thought these boards were for helping each other along. Aren't we after some common sense and clarity?

Just imagine the meetings where what you suggest happened, happened.

Apple: Ok Liquidmetal we're willing to give you a one time payment for exclusive use of your technology forever which we may never use. No one else in electronics will ever and by ever we mean forever be able to use your technology in their products even if we decide not to use it. You will never make another penny off the use of your product in consumer electronics.

Liquidmetal: Wow that sounds great ! This is great for us and great for our shareholders ! Everyone wins. Where do we sign?

I checked the posts you suggest as well as the message board. Not much help. If there is a public document and you know about it why wouldn't you post it. I'm just one guy but if you were to post the document if would help all those that visit or contribute to this page. If you're not here to help out then what are you up to?

I'm going to keep at this till there's proof that Liquidmetal will never see another penny off the Apple deal. Documented proof.
