You guys are amazing. I do not know how any IDCC shareholder can claim the Nok award will not significantly move the stock once Nok stops its gamesmanship. The reason it did not move on the announcement is very obvious. IDCC set up a conference call that turned into a reading call without any participation by present and/or potentially interested analysts from the Street. Nok had 3 days to spin the results which was published without any rebuttal whatsoever from IDCC in writing or during the RC (reading call).
The entire matter has been cluttered with the enforceability issue alluded to by Nok without any comment or guidance from IDCC by way of clarification. IDCC is the only entity with knowledge of the contents of the dissent able to clarify or refute the spin of Nok and they chose not to do so. No Merritt on the merits stopped the after hours momentum in its tracks. The momentum is still stalled behind a wall of silence and the long and loyal have to wait as the manipulation is being applied by the options writers.
The true value of the ICC final award has not even been given a chance to surface as yet and tea leave predictions regarding the market reaction are premature at best. Nobody on this forum can predict the market reaction of the final award until the actions of the ICC are affirmed or Nok voluntarily complies with iis terms.
