traded 149K shares after hours, closing at 21.40. Believe the high was 21.90 but not sure.

Jjif. You're talking 21.50 afterhours spike where many don't participate. I was talking about the eventual established share price in regard to what the award has currently given us and which I feel is the important figure. I'm not smart enough to sell at 21.50 and buy back at 17.96. Anyway, we don't disagree atall. Take care. .. nic
