OT: Ok loop, so maybe I won't sell my trading shares at $19 and will hold them a little longer. I figured JimC didn't know what he was talking about. The cold weather affects the thinking up in Minneasota, I think. .. nic

Should get Q2 results around Aug. 9 if like last year. Maybe we will get a CC with it instead of a RC. Still LOL about that one!

LOOP That is the BEST post I have seen yet on the current IDCC situation, you speak the truth and are the voice of reason at a time the stock is easily exploited by bashers, options players, and shorts.

I am patiently waiting for the share price after the money is in the bank, once that happens I think it paves the way for IDCC's best year to date, more licenses, and 3g deals.

Not a worry at all over here, my straight shares and January 2007 options will be up huge, our payday is coming soon, not worried at all.

Loop .. DCC set up a conference call that turned into a reading call without any participation by present and/or potentially interested analysts from the Street. Nok had 3 days to spin the results which was published without any rebuttal whatsoever from IDCC in writing or during the RC (reading call).

Excellent post as always. Any thoughts on why IDCC has been so silent? Clearly, it must be a conscious strategy they are applying to this event and not a clueless approach. The RC didn't bother me that much as I I could see the benefit of not slipping up and saying something they would later regret in the Q&A. But once NOK went into public attack mode with the spinning of lies and half-truths IDCC's lack of ANY response has left me scratching my head.
