I didn't misunderstand ANYTHING. I talked to the t/a today and they gave me the outstanding shares as of today and it is WAY higher than what is reported as being the authorized shares at the state.

Wether he plans to retire those shares or not I have no idea. What I reported here was that its illegal to have your outstanding shares higher than your authorized shares, and as of today, that is the case.

I don't care if the CEO says hes going to retire them in a few days. What I posted here was that the Transfer agent is reporting a way higher outstanding shares than what the company is authorized for.

You can't report to the state your incorporated in one thing and
actually have something different! Thats illegal. Hopefully for you all he correct this illegality very quickly.

Hi Senorita Roachita. Thanks for sharing. Hopefully tomorrow morning we get the positive PR that we've all been expecting. I do have a question that perhaps you can answer. Did he happen to address the 25MM Float discrepancy between what is displayed on PinkSheets versus Baron Capital?

Spoke to Mr. Dwyer, OTCmarkets is updated but the issue with the transfer agent was that they aren't officially retiring the shares until tomorrow around noon.

Can you shed any light on that? Does it have anything to do with the TA officially retiring shares tomorrow?
