Spoke to Mr. Dwyer, OTCmarkets is updated but the issue with the transfer agent was that they aren't officially retiring the shares until tomorrow around noon. So Mikey misunderstood what the T/A was saying.

Mr. Dwyer also asked me to call him back in a few minutes about the timeline for the merger.

Disregard everything, acquire profits!
