Wether he plans to retire those shares or not I have no idea. What I reported here was that its illegal to have your outstanding shares higher than your authorized shares, and as of today, that is the case.
I don't care if the CEO says hes going to retire them in a few days. What I posted here was that the Transfer agent is reporting a way higher outstanding shares than what the company is authorized for.
You can't report to the state your incorporated in one thing and
actually have something different! Thats illegal. Hopefully for you all he correct this illegality very quickly.
