Very perceptive!! My intuition tells me that the stock issue would be one of the last issues and that this must be where they are in the settlement process.

Remember Nadine and Paul saying they sent the last info that Sam wanted out to him. I bet this is the stuff they were working on and that Sam wanted to look at. This could bring closure to the stock issue. Why would they waste time on this issue if they couldn't resolve the rest?

I say we are close. I say Paul must be working this as hard as he can to bring the agreement home.

Nemo, <YES if a transfer agent info is being asked for, And Sam NEVER got his 750,000,000 shares then you know that a share trans action is about to happen! There is no other reason for sam to ask for this. Because he is inspecting a share transfer soon!!!!>

So Nemo, if that in fact is happening, How Long does it take for Sam to have his Shares Transfered...It shouldn't Take THAT at All, is that Right???
