Agreed! Cuz why would you want transfer agent info if you can't agree to an APR. I say the APR is done. I say SL PL and knobble reached an agreement with money owed. I say SL will hand over the bio harp when stock is transferred first. Then go show the court the APR and assets changed hands and all parties have agreed. Then PR will be released.

Keep an eye on any SEC for stock transfer!!!!
