I agree with you. The 3rd is the key to what is happening.
YES if a transfer agent info is being asked for, And Sam NEVER got his 750,000,000 shares then you know that a share trans action is about to happen! There is no other reason for sam to ask for this. Because he is inspecting a share transfer soon!!!!

(IMO) Sometimes I'm to the point, and sometimes I'm out in left field. JMHO
