I do believe JN was issued 28M shares in 2009 for his investor relations work, which have most likely been sold since then. From the looks of it he was issued another 2M shares this year for more investor relations work. Just search the yahoo board for his 28M shares in 09, everyone thought it was to big of a payment for PR work. The main concern now should be the O/S count since it's almost maxed out and if biel will raise the A/S without letting the shareholders know just like they did in 09.

Thank you as always Color for sharing your phone call with Andy! The next few months are going to get very interesting as it seems the FDA is slowly but surely moving towards a decision. I agree with others that by having all the products being approved at the same time by the FDA is a disticnt possibility. I am sure the FDA has pressure on them to get their tables cleared a bit before we enter 2012. The October conference call will be beneficial with updates on international prospects. Thanks again Color and get ready for the best days to come!

2) BIEL contacted the FDA this week and were told to call them next week to follow up. (note...this does not mean the talk will for sure be an approval).

This could mean a few things. Approval for one, approval for all, or more questions. With the FDA telling BIEL to call back next week to follow-up, it actually leads me to believe they are preparing a list of questions again. Then again, it could also be that they were too busy to chat with BIEL, and we don't know what BIEL actually asked the FDA (if they got a chance to ask anything). If it was a matter of approval, there would be something written (typed) and sent to BIEL, wouldn't there?

I hope I'm wrong, because it would be nice to finally get a positive decision from the FDA.

Great info Color. I like that they told them to call back next week because to me that means they are close to giving a answer. Now that answer may be to approve, to disapprove, or to officially request more info. Of those three choices, I don't think that the middle one is on the table. I think they would have disaproved along time ago if that is what they wanted to do, IMO. We are more familiar with the last of the choices since that is what has been happening for years. But with a web conference in two weeks and now we hear that they want them to call back next week, could the stars finally be aligning for them, for us. I think I will put a little more powder in the gun. We may get another shot here. But the powder could be all wet like my instinct now and it will be another misfire.
