I do believe JN was issued 28M shares in 2009 for his investor relations work, which have most likely been sold since then. From the looks of it he was issued another 2M shares this year for more investor relations work. Just search the yahoo board for his 28M shares in 09, everyone thought it was to big of a payment for PR work. The main concern now should be the O/S count since it's almost maxed out and if biel will raise the A/S without letting the shareholders know just like they did in 09.
