2) BIEL contacted the FDA this week and were told to call them next week to follow up. (note...this does not mean the talk will for sure be an approval).

This could mean a few things. Approval for one, approval for all, or more questions. With the FDA telling BIEL to call back next week to follow-up, it actually leads me to believe they are preparing a list of questions again. Then again, it could also be that they were too busy to chat with BIEL, and we don't know what BIEL actually asked the FDA (if they got a chance to ask anything). If it was a matter of approval, there would be something written (typed) and sent to BIEL, wouldn't there?

I hope I'm wrong, because it would be nice to finally get a positive decision from the FDA.
