I'm the one who brought this before the board. My concern was that this sequence still leaves the bk7 intact and no motion by Sam there to defend against it. I would have felt more comfortable in seeing the settlement signed and the pr before this occurred.

With the history of the players, it made me concerned that there should be an attempt to do this in a way that makes SH's feel more comfortable. Anyway, at least I would have felt more comfortable.

Anyway, thanks to my Hub support group, I'm going to go with it. I plan to buy more shares tomorrow. It great to have such a diversified group of thinkers who bring such great thinking to the hub. Thanks xtenders, I appreciate it.

sure seems that they must have signed something for Sam Lee to go through with what he actually did. Hard lessons learned here,no doubt, and with this legal wrangling over the past 2 years,it would be nearly inconcievable that he would proceed in this manner if something hadn't already been agreed on,and signed. Sure would be very "backward" to rescind something without a prior agreement in writing. Communication all the way around is what will save this company,and it's shareholders from this morass. It's almost that one of the two would want to intentionally derail this at this point for it not to work out for everyone. I like what I am seeing, and it seems the finish line is getting closer every day now. Bravo for all involved!

Until an addendum is received by XMDC, what Lisenby/Nadine has told shareholders has been complete garbage (imo).
