I'm sure there must be a written agreement that gives Sam the level of confidence to remove the motion. I still believe the agreement must be reviewed and approved by Paul.
I bet both Sam & Paul will get used to communicating and how to get along and resolve issues. I have to assume they have learned trust each other and work together.
With these two guys working together, there will be no stopping this company's rise to prominence.
