The only thing I can figure is that Sam is really serious about making this deal happen and he must trust Paul. Why else stand down on the bk7 other than to end it???? I know he does not want to lose it all in a nasty bk7. But it does seem like there would be a solid agreement first. Maybe they have one and no one knows about it yet. I know that is a lot to speculate but it is looking that way to me. That or they really trust that this agreement will happen and soon.
