-WMB bondholders getting a 350million payoff which pierces the corp veil.
-Valuation of blackstone numbers/ PJs number Valuation
-Lack of valuation of missing and remaining subs.
-IT issues
-JPM and FDIC have no right to tax refunds.
-NOL issues.


I can keep going but I dont want to waste more time with misinformed/ misinformation spreading people.
