just arrived or not, I know when negotiations break down and big money wants this to move forward, it will move forward period. It will cost them less to deal with the consequences after they move forward wth v6, than to wait any longer and pay out. There are powerful people that want this out of bankruptcy now, and they don't want shareholders along for the ride, they'll deal wth the consequences after, which will be minimal imo.
