Ranger: JKJ was stating the trial that just got pushed back to October, was originally supposed to start after May 11th.

He finds it a positive development that it was pushed back, indicating that there may be some substantial settlement talks occuring.

Last Friday, prompted by bakerman's posting, I searched the UK court listing and found - to my surprise - that the UK trial date had been brought forward from 04 07 05 (July 4 2005) to 11 05 05 (11 May 2005). The date had been reset on 18 Jan 05.

I can't find my UK court papers here in TX but had remembered the July 4 date.

IMO, the attorneys must have been getting ready for a May 11 trial. They would not leave it so late and then ask for an adjournment until Oct 31 unless something was going on behind the scenes. JMO, JMO, JK
