I already showed the trial set for October some time ago.
In fact, I posted the October date, along with several other dates a couple of weeks ago, when Jim asked for the list. But no one corrected me at the time.
I agree. If they moved it, this could be significant.
My question still is, was the May date published by the court, and did I just miss it?
