Isn't the UK trial involve 2G only?

Once the ICC's ruling is published, then this trial is moot. Couldn't that account or explain the delay of the trial date to October?

Thank you very much JK, that is illuminating. Why pad attourneys pockets leting them prepare for court on a matter that is in serious settlement discussion. The soon to be announced settlement will I believe also include framework for a "closer" relationship going forward. How close is to be seen. This is 100% my opinion and I very much appreciate JK and Loop's (to name a couple) providing factual informaion and excellent analysis.
