I'm sorry, a bit confused here.

Rock, are you an employee of GTEL? Or, who's this CEO that you're talking about? Excuse me for my ignorance, I am just wondering how can someone spend so much time researching about this Co. as moderator for a public board (I-hub). No offence, I really appreciate all the information released here. I just want to know who is who and how does this i-hub thing really work.

TIA.

Thanks Rocky. I appreciate the fact that you CAN get clairification on SOME matters. I didn't like the idea of the A/S remaining at 1.5B. A couple of other things bothered me also, such as; (a)The BOD voted to change the articles of constitution and gave themselves the power to affect splits at their discreation without consent from the shareholders. (b)The varying numbers in the O/S count.

I'm not so concerned about splits (as long as they're justified) as I am the fact that the shareholders have no say in the matter. Is this the way the BOD intends to treat the stockholders? I was hoping that by moving to the AMEX, that company business would become more transparent. That there would be a stockholders meeting and shareholders would be able to VOTE.

I've been trying to get a handle on the share count, both the shares that HAVE been issued and the shares HELD in escrow to cover options and warrants, but the numbers keep changing. For instance, it was stated in the 10K (dated 3/22/05) that the O/S was 1,080,320,931. Then in the 14c (dated 5/6/05) it stated that the O/S was 1,078,145,447. That's a difference of 2,175,484 shares. Why?

Immediately prior to the switch to the AMEX, I wish Tim would give us a "final, definative" count of the shares issued, held in escrow (to cover options and warrants), and even shares that have been shorted (if any). Something that we could carve in granite and say, these numbers are accurate and final.
