The new OS# will be 71,876,364. Round it off to 72MM. New AS# will be 100MM....that leaves 28MM shares

For the sake of easy figuring lets use $5/share..If they pumped them all out at this figure(unlikely) it comes to $112MM...that's plenty, imo...rock
