IMPORTANT:

After a few discussions with our CEO, I was given permission to post the following...

There will be an ADDENDUM to the PRE 14C(it has been filed already)..the 1.5B AS# was a mistake.

It will state the NEW AS number will be 100MM

The 1-15 will be applied across the board...:)
