"Now he is trying to rip off John Salamon", and calling Mike a crook (that is what you are saying isn't it?)is quite a leap just from an unresolved agreement between the two of them, and only hearing one side of the story.
There may be a different story from the other side. Maybe JS was trying to hold up the merger? Who knows. I don't believe SLMU is a "train wreck" just yet. Maybe give them a little more time? I appreciate your DD, but could you lighten up on the cynicism. You're scaring all the straights.
