Sunlogics Power Fund is not Sunlogics Inc, and I see many posts on this forum containing lots of inaccurate information. Some people don't seem to understand the difference between the two companies and the true relationship between the two companies as clearly mapped out in the 8K.

Since Sunlogics Inc ONLY comes into play for SLMU if Sunlogics Inc has some project they want to sell and the Power Fund has some money to purchase the project (which right now it has $0) I want to avoid talking about Sunlogics Inc, but just wanted to point out that Werthan and Brodie have now been REMOVED from the Sunlogics Inc. website.

Looks like John Salamon is not done fighting with Mike about their share purchase agreememnt. He isn't going to just let Mike bamboozle him out of his company without following through and satisfying their original agreement:

SLMU is a train wreck. It is going to get really ugly really soon. Lots of past legal issues catching up to Mike really fast and it looks like he still hasn't changed his crooked ways. Now he is trying to rip off John Salamon.
