His point is he wasn't paid in full and MM is in default, and Sunlogics two new people dissappeared from the site as well.

Basically what is going on is that it looks like Mike is trying to give John back the 8.9 million shares and not pay John.

And John is saying no no no those are your shares and I still want my money.

It is obvious that John wants to be paid and refuses to take back the 8.9 million shares which it looks like Mike is trying to give him in the hopes maybe that John will just let Mike have the shell if John gets to keep his shares.

Should be interesting to see what happens from here between those two.

On a side note - since John clearly states that he did all the proper procedures to have the transfer agent transfer the shares over to Mike that means that Mike didn't file for ownership of those shares which he would have been legally required to do. Almost seems like Mike never planned on paying John from the start which is why he never filed for ownership of the shares.

Is this outright fraud and theft? Not sure. The dates he collected the shares is very interesting. Maybe this is something the SEC might be interested in?
