Maybe my phrasing in your quote from my post was a bit harsh, but that is my opinion of the situation and it should be taken as such and nothing more. As far as calling Mike names. I didn't do that so please don't twist words. Mike's past speaks for itself.

It seems like really the only good news of importance for SLMU shareholders would be SLMU/Sunlogics Power Fund obtaining some kind of financing.
It is a tad bit dishonest to promote SLMU/Sunlogics Power Fund by putting out information regarding projects that Sunlogics Inc may be involved in or may be laying the ground work for if SLMU/Sunlogics Power Fund has no money to buy in to the game.
I never quite understood the whole Millennium people coming on board equating to financing for SLMU/Sunlogics Power Fund, but they seem to be out of the picture now (removed from the Sunlogics Inc website), and I'm well aware of NCP's reservations in providing funding.
If Mike really wants to give shareholders something he needs to find some financing and find it quick and not just some letter of intent or some draw down financing deal what will require some S-1 filing which could take months to get approved by the SEC if ever.
Something real and verifiable and hopefully not toxic that will just send this shell into a death spiral of debt and dilution.
As far as making or losing money goes. The stock price is no concern to me. I don't trade stocks, and I wish everybody that does could make money trading stocks, but unfortunately it doesn't work that way. I could care less who buys or sells this stock or any others. I just want to make sure that as much information is out there as possible and the truth isn't being twisted or hidden from view.
