Barge, yes you have made some good points, but you must admit something is awry with management these days. I do wish SKS had more to say about the diminishing market of laptops in relation to tablets, etc. The "wave" of the future is there and we all know it, so unless he's keeping some info from us we need to know what his plan is vis-a-vis that world. It's truly amazing how a product or a technology can morph in a matter of a year or so, and surely we don't want Wave to be attached to selling its wares for a product that is akin to a old model Nash Rambler.

Thx Barge. But nobody is asking for SKS's head. Merely attempting to determine if there is enough interest to make an attempt to elect an outside, shareholder friendly Director to the BoD. Personally I think that is in shareholders' interest. The only reason SKS would oppose it is to avoid even 1 voice vs. the remainder of his BoD,which is confirmation enough to me that he has too much self/family interest and not enough shareholder interest. I don't think it would be aiding and abetting to grant additional posting privileges to ExPat. With appreciation for your stewardship.
