Lugan--Here is what Mr. Snackman just wrote regarding his very recent discussion with S. Sprague about having a wavoid on the BOD.

Mr. Snackman may not have it figured it out but the SKS reply is an emphatic NO!

FROM MR. SNACKMAN:

"Just had a long conversation with SKS. He is willing to have a dialog regarding the members of the BOD.

We can't just pick a name out of the hat or just pick a wavoid. Many things have to come together to find an appropriate candidate.

The main question we have to ask ourselves is: by having a person we nominate to the board, WHAT CHANGES DO WE WANT? a couple that come to mind are:

1. Compensation
2. R & D decisions
3 Overhead levels
4. Marketing."
