1. The most entertaining topic has always been: Let's get a wavoid, oh no, I mean let's get an impartial and fair-minded wave investor on the BOD. It is has always been pure fantasy to the same eager contingent of wavoids that S. Sprague would acquiesce to such a ridiculous idea. He has rejected the idea in the past, and he will reject it today and he will reject it in the future. So why waste the time in even discussing the idea?
2. Of course, "heavyweight" management experts that bless this board always scream for S. Sprague's head when the share price vectors in a southerly direction. But allow me to introduce some very obvious news: S. Sprague is not going to leave his creation. He will remain as CEO and President. And thank God! for that!
