I seem to remember that somebody raised the point about "why choose Billiken" to Merle a while ago, and he said that Scott knew the people at Billiken personally. Merle said that that the Ontario mining community is a close-knit bunch and that they always try to give each other business and help each other out. I don't necessarily agree with that approach, but I remember that this was the explanation given at the time. If somebody can find the link to the original post that would be great, but I don't have search capabilities.
I agree with that wholeheartedly. I developed my own webpage for my ministry and I have no aptitude for that sort of thing. I think Merle is one to address that concern.
(1) It gives me the strong impression that they aren't even in business anymore.....That things are shut down.
(2) So with that, I wonder if and when our report will get completed.
It's just doesn't create a good impression.
We should all email them, expressing the sentiment that they should complete the website, pretty it up, or take it down, for it reflects poorly on their business.
