It gives me pause that their website receives no more attention than that. It's been that way for at least a year. It takes ZERO training to make a website these days, and someone should know someone who has a grandkid who would do it for free and provide you some credibility.
And this isn't about doorknobs. A website is the front door to your business. It tells me everything I need to know about the management of that business.

Sorry- its not a warm fuzzy for me.
