You are correct, and as they say "anobody can sue anobody for anything". If there is actually a merging company, I am sure they will contact DM to determine the likelyhood of a law suit.

The odd things is that he claimed GRDO had a breach of contract since last August, yet he was pumping and telling folks to buy GRDO a few weeks ago.

The question becomes how bogus is his claim?
