Not that simple. I'm not saying there is or will be a lawsuit. What I'm saying is that DM stated they're in breach of contract. Watson just certified publicly that the contract was terminated (before all obligations were satisfied <<< those are my words, but that's what it means).

I agree, and DM, though unprofessional, was pissssssed!!!

W found if he no longer had the subs or the business per say, then the contract with Assurance was null and void.

DM was correct in the fact that the Dog was pretty much liquidated and wanted to let everyone know, forced W's hand. with this whole release of info and updates (Fins had to be in no matter what by the end of March though, and the pound would have sniffed them out).

DM screwed himself though, those shares he did have, shot himself in the foot and helped cause the dump of the PPS. Hopefully he sold them all at a loss for his shenanigans!
