For several reasons I think DM lost most if not all credibility over the weekend. Tactically probably a biiiiiig mistake. IMO>

If they contact DM it will be to offer a settlement. Most likely they'll spend time going over the contract, the terms & conditions, and determine whether Guard Dog is in breach for early termination.
