I just got off the phone with him too. He did say that the merger between CSI was not happening. I told him I had little expectation of that anyway, and I asked him if he was insinuating that there was no merge at all, and he stumbled a bit and said he was not sure, and then got back on the subject about a breach of contract. Something smells.
