Doesn't pass the smell test for me either, shine. A last second "shareholder cc" called by an outsider of the company for 10pm on a Friday night? Referencing non-existant PR's about a merge with CSID? I'm not sure if anything about this seems credible.

Just talked to him myself and that is what he said

nope. He said he has every intention to have a rep from the securities exchange commission on the line. He also said he wasn't sure if he would be able to arrange that. He also mentioned someone from CSId's legal team. But, like another poster mentioned I'm pretty sure he plans to have someone from his own legal team available.

It was all the talk about CSId that threw me. There was never a PR or IR update that mentioned them. I said, "there's been no PR mentioning CSId, to my knowledge..." and he replied with something along the lines that the PR in March was misleading. Something about, "there is no acquisition of GRDO by CSId." This was also something that I kinda knew, but also knew that it was never PR'd or even insinuated in a PR...so I didn't say anything. Its almost like he is under the impression that we're gonna get screwed, but his reasoning behind this is based on PR's or updates that I've never seen...and I been bein here for a LOOOOONG time...
