Just got off the phone with DM. He is holding a CC tonight because he says that GRDO is in breach of contract since Aug. He said that any PR released concerning a merger btwn GRDO and CSId was false information. (I told him no such PR was released, to my knowledge) He said that the call tonight would be recorded and that he intended to have someone from CSId's legal team and someone from the SEC to answer questions, but couldn't confirm this with certainty. He also said that their is no merger... but I can't recall if he meant in general or with CSId. I was a little confused by it all b/c he kept including CSId, but at no point has CSId ever been mentioned via PR or IR update.
