In the absence of the big cheese, I talked to a deputy.

She seemed sure there would be no advance notice, and characterized the ADR proceeding as a mediation, rather than an arbitration.

However, the more MSCHERE and O'Dog keep digging up bones about "Complex" cases, the more I'm hoping she's wrong.

If there's a more difficult road to take, we all know Jorma would take it.
