Ranger, You saved me a dime by calling. Didn't make sense to me if the tribunal is sending their decision for review why they would let IDCC/Nokia get a sneak peak? What if there was a correction needed? The parties wouldn't have an accurate copy.

Were trying to make guesses on the next move when we should be listening to the market. As we near the arbiters decision it's a good chance we will see a spike in volume and price.
