I 've been reading this also. Alot of implications if TD offered 30b for about a quarter of the total of WMI branches. So, 2200 branches equals about 120billion worth x rico(3) per exmainer report.... interesting stuff. especially the ties of Feldman to TD and his resignation from EC. Did he really give EC a copy of signed TD offer to purchase?

Where is this leak coming from other than Y? I LOVE the story, just wondering if it is coming from somewhere factual yet?

Another gem from the tin foil hat division of Yahoo posters. Interesting how the examiner missed all that considering how many meetings he had with the EC. I guess they forgot to tell him they had the smoking gun.

Wow, just wow. I read through this and and it's as if all the missing pieces finally fall together and make you go: AHAA!!! No wonder Rosenpuke is so quiet after the examiner's report. No wonder Susman/Nelson/EC are so quiet, they have this Howitzer: the Toronto Dominion WAMU bid. Of course the examiner can't find it cause its under freaking seal. Yeah no wonder WAMU was never given a chance to receive TARP it needed to be 'failed' and 'seized' before Toronto Dominion got it's hands on it. I don't know why, but his scenario just makes gut sense.

So Paulson and Bair-baby were too afraid to let WAMU go to the Communist Canadians "sorry, not off short list, sorry, too late for TARP." Meanwhile, the US Gvmnt keeps printing more money, perpetually raising the debt ceiling and selling the debt to the Chinese communists who are now making the US it's litol economic biotch, but no THAT's ok, we just can't let the Canadians own WAMU.

This ties in with the info about TD in Examiner's Report - also could be why Sussman is not as involved - doesn't need to be - only loose ends left
