Wow, just wow. I read through this and and it's as if all the missing pieces finally fall together and make you go: AHAA!!! No wonder Rosenpuke is so quiet after the examiner's report. No wonder Susman/Nelson/EC are so quiet, they have this Howitzer: the Toronto Dominion WAMU bid. Of course the examiner can't find it cause its under freaking seal. Yeah no wonder WAMU was never given a chance to receive TARP it needed to be 'failed' and 'seized' before Toronto Dominion got it's hands on it. I don't know why, but his scenario just makes gut sense.
