Over a year ago (look my posts up ) I researched KEN FELDMAN. Why was Ken Feldman on our EC? Ken Feldman is head of TD Ameritrade special Client Division. Why is this important is he is a (big fish custodian) kinda like Gold Sachs special client divison.

Ken knew as we know that Toronto Dominion /Ameritrade was gonna buy 200 plus branches of Wamu on the East Coast. He as "whale" custodian had advised all his clients to buy all classes of wamu for pennys on the dollar as he knew his Parents bid (TD) was sent,signed,sealed and deliverd. His clients who now had bought and OWN a majority of all classes if not at the least a formidable amount.
JMPC gets wind from thier colluded brothers FDIC and the likes that if TD gets the 240 plus branches on the east coast for 30 BILLION his West Coast aspirations are not only gone ,moreover he will begin to loose east coast influence! He leans on and further convinces the OTS FDIC and Blair it is a matter of NAt security to keep the Banks under control of an American entity! "America is on the Brink" .

The FDIC and Sheila and Paulason take heart and use it as well to their advantage!

NOW fast forward Ken Feldman joins the E.C becuase "they own the lion share besides retail Wamu stock hence he gets a seat at the table for his clients and bank. Fast forward Susman is given the Bid from Td bank to the FDIC which is given under seal.

What now is transpiring is the end game.
Susman holds the smoking Gun Via TD and Ken FELDMAN. The conformin bid for less than 1/4th of the wamu branches and deposits was tendered for 30 billion and thats why the FDIC siezed them before the deadline.

Why is the E.C. so quite because They have the Gun The Bullets,Gun Residue and the Votes held and Purchase by TD AMERITRADE SPECAIL CLIENT DIVISON.
Thats Why Brian Wanted dispose the E.C Members. Thats why they are really worried and thats how this is going down MARK MY WORDS!
