Nah. Fraud would be if they didn't say anything at all. That would be bad. But obviously there are documents that say shares have increased. I still see no problem with this. If I say I'm going out to buy a cheeseburger and I come back with a cheeseburger, are you going to be surprised that I have a cheeseburger? Have fun guys! Enjoy the ride because I believe BDGR is primed for a take off.

Ken, Why is it those Delaware companies have so much trouble in keeping up with their share count? Worst of all is there any way to know what company you own shares of? Sometimes there are companies with simular sounding names.

We can authorize you to make 100 mistakes but until you make a mistake then no one counts any...

The outstanding share count is numero uno to worry about...

As long as a company changes the authorized share count back and forth and doesn't go bananas adding to the share count outstanding then its a moot point of debate at best...LJ
