Nah. Fraud would be if they didn't say anything at all. That would be bad. But obviously there are documents that say shares have increased. I still see no problem with this. If I say I'm going out to buy a cheeseburger and I come back with a cheeseburger, are you going to be surprised that I have a cheeseburger? Have fun guys!
