However, on 02/18/2010 BDGR amended their share structure with the Delaware SOS to A/S increase the AS to 1,600,000,000, and yet again on
03/26/2010 it was increased to 5,000,000,000...

Then, as if once wasn't bad enough, they file a half a55ed 2nd quarter filing, signed of by Board of Director Secretary Neely, which clearly states that the AS is still 1B...
