String, I agree with what you have said (with a possible buyer in the works), however, after SL signed a LEGALLY binding agreement, how did he truly think he could get away without delivering the Bioharp... this is my most pressing question?.. unless the harp was never legit; which I don't subscribe to..

in response to your FIRST option in which I also think is more likely:

How would an educated man like SL think this possible to simply back out of an APA?

And you're right about the PR with MMs but ill timing? I don't think so. I think it works both ways in that giving us the shareholders time to purchase this stock at a good rate?

string................................

Is it not possible that promises were made to SL that were not met. He could have been lied to. Perhaps a date wasn't met.

Perhaps..............na. I'll keep that one to myself.

PL must have had a reason unless your 2.) is a fact.

SOP - Your statement interests me:

"he foolishly allowed the MM's to plot a quick run up(lasting 2 weeks) then a return to .006, with an easy $1M to make shorting XMDC, all because of the ill-timed PR."

Paul may have a broker who is now shorting for him (PL) to make quick money on the side.

Who knows what the snake is up to.

Go XMDC
