remember, SL thought that giving back the shares would "forgive" him of the APA, absolve him of the contract--------very bad legal advice, and the reason he hasnt retained same counsel throughout
IF SL can PROVE to a jury that he brought the "pieces" of BioH's future together WITHOUT PL's help, he will get a new APA, but XMDC will still be in the picture.........right now SL's stalling looks like he is lining up all his witnesses to his favor, calculating the chances of convincing that jury.....if, in mediation, SL comes to the conclusion that his witnesses will do enough LYING to win the jury, OFF TO TRIAL we go, if he perceives a hesitation amongst his witnesses, he settles in mediation.......seen it a million times
TO JonyJL,,, the opportunity to buy cheap shares has been 6 month option(march - now), the PR was ALL wrong IMO.........
